Participant Agreement

I agree to follow all event and parking-lot rules and understand that I am responsible for the safe operation, parking, and security of my vehicle while participating in Pluto's Mothership Motor Show.

Participant Liability Release & Waiver

Please read before signing. This form is a general event waiver template and should be reviewed by your business insurer or attorney for local requirements.
  1. I voluntarily choose to participate in Pluto's Car Show and understand that participation in an automotive event may involve risks, including property damage, vehicle damage, personal injury, and risks associated with moving or parked vehicles.
  2. I agree that I am responsible for the safe operation, parking, and security of my vehicle during the event.
  3. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I agree to release and hold harmless Pluto's, its owners, employees, representatives, event organizers, property owners, sponsors, and volunteers from claims arising from my participation in the event, except where such a release is prohibited by law.
  4. I understand that I am responsible for maintaining any legally required vehicle registration and insurance.
  5. I agree to follow all event rules and instructions provided by event staff. Unsafe driving, burnouts, racing, reckless behavior, or other dangerous activity may result in immediate removal from the event.
  6. I confirm that I have read and understand this waiver and voluntarily agree to its terms.

Event staff may retain this signed waiver with event registration records.
